Platforms in regulated fields can switch AI on in an afternoon but cannot prove what it did: where the data went, whether an answer was changed, which rules applied. Governance usually arrives as a dashboard bolted on beside someone else's AI, reporting problems after the fact instead of preventing them.
WMAD designed, built and operates VirgoOS as its own product, with the intelligence and its governance as one system. Every call passes six steps that cannot be skipped (identify, check policy, protect, answer, record, sign), data is held at one of four protection levels, and each answer ships with a signed receipt anyone can verify.
VirgoOS is in early access. The client platform (keys, 16 industry domains, governed answers, signed receipts, evidence packs, team roles, usage and billing) is running, with onboarding by invitation. MintCarb is the first WMAD platform being built on it.
