This policy describes how WMAD Pvt. Ltd. (“WMAD”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through https://thewmad.com (“the site”). It does not cover the separate privacy practices of client products we build, or of ventures such as MintCarb, which publish their own policies.

We collect information you provide directly:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company and message.
• Newsletter signups — your email address only.

We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are retained by our hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To send newsletter content to subscribers who opted in, and nothing else.
• To maintain the security and functioning of the site.

We do not sell personal information, to anyone, ever.

4. Third-party processors

Contact form and newsletter data is processed by Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, solely to deliver your message to us or to manage newsletter subscriptions. We do not share this information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at business@thewmad.com.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to address the enquiry. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.
