VirgoOS is a governed AI operating system built for exactly that question. It lets any platform add AI insights, conversation, reports and audits, where every answer is checked against policy, held at the right data protection level, recorded permanently and issued with a signed receipt that anyone can verify. It is not a chatbot, and it is not an AI governance platform watching someone else's AI: it runs the intelligence itself and will not release an answer without applying its rules first.
Those rules live in DNA, VirgoOS's built-in rulebook: every run is recorded, every record names who asked, data stays within its protection level, and no automated change is applied without human approval. Platforms connect with a single key, switch on the industry domains they work in, and get a verifiable AI audit trail of everything the AI did, ready for a customer, an auditor or a regulator.
WMAD’s role
VirgoOS is developed, owned and operated by WMAD Pvt. Ltd. It is in early access: the client platform (keys, domains, governed answers, receipts, evidence packs, team roles, usage and billing) is running, and onboarding is by invitation while we bring the first platforms live.

Signed receipts
Each output carries fingerprints of what went in and what came out. Change a single character and the signature fails. Anyone can check it on the public verification page, with no account.
Evidence packs
Controls in force, answers signed, personal data removed, access refused and erasures completed, as a printable document or a data file.
Retention & erasure
Content is kept from one hour to a year and deleted on schedule. Erase one customer entirely in one action, while bills and past receipts stay valid.
Audit trail
Every run, setting change and access decision is written to a trail that cannot be edited afterwards, and always records who acted.
Team roles
Owner, admin, developer, billing and viewer roles, each with its own portal, enforced on every request.

Building compliance platforms taught us that the hard part of AI is never the first answer. It is proving, months later, what was asked, what was protected and what was produced. Rather than add another monitoring tool beside someone else's AI, we built the intelligence and its governance as one system, with its own rules, its own specialist domains and its own proof.

No. Conversation is one of its features, but VirgoOS is the system underneath: it governs, runs, records and proves every AI operation for the platforms connected to it. Think of it as the operating system, not the app.
Governance is built in, but it is more than a governance tool. Governance tools monitor AI that runs somewhere else. VirgoOS produces the intelligence itself and cannot release an answer without applying its rules first, so governance is prevention, not a report.
Client answers run at the Confidential level, which is handled only by VirgoOS's own intelligence and is never sent to outside AI providers. The data protection level is enforced by the system on every request.
Each answer comes with a signed receipt. Your customer, an auditor or a regulator can check it on the public verification page and confirm it is genuine and unchanged, without an account.
By usage, measured in Codons, on plans from a free starter tier upwards. Every plan has clear limits, and usage beyond the plan is switched off unless the client allows it, with a hard cap they set.
